The website introduces our restaurant profitability and delivery-platform consultancy and is intended for restaurant owners and people acting on behalf of businesses.
2. Using the website
You may browse the website and use its tools for lawful business information and enquiries. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful software, interfere with its operation, or use the forms to send spam or misleading information.
3. Enquiries and services
Submitting an enquiry, preparing an email draft or booking an introductory conversation does not create a consultancy agreement or commit either party to paid work.
Our One-time Audit and Monthly Retainer services are subject to a separate written agreement covering the scope, fees, payment terms, responsibilities, confidentiality, deliverables and cancellation arrangements. Those agreed terms govern the engagement. A description on this website does not replace that agreement.
4. Content and intellectual property
The website’s text, design, graphics and media belong to us or are used with permission or under the relevant licence. You may view them and share links to the website. Other copying, distribution or commercial reuse requires permission unless allowed by law or the relevant rights holder.
Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Rights in deliverables created for a client are set out in that client’s written agreement.
5. Information you submit
Please provide accurate information and ensure you are authorised to contact us on behalf of the business you name. Do not submit passwords, delivery-platform login details or information you do not have permission to share through the general enquiry form. We can agree an appropriate way to exchange documents if an engagement requires it.
6. Calculators and case studies
The delivery calculator is an illustration. Its percentages are adjustable examples, not quoted platform rates. It applies the selected deductions to the same sales amount and excludes food, labour, rent, tax and other operating costs. The amount remaining is not net profit and is not an audit, financial forecast or professional financial advice.
Case studies describe particular engagements and the markets and periods stated. Historical results, platform-attributed figures and examples do not guarantee comparable results for another restaurant. Outcomes depend on factors including the restaurant, market, platform, budget and implementation.
Articles and service illustrations provide general information. Any example screens or charts should be read with their accompanying descriptions and source notes.
7. External services and platforms
We are independent and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the delivery platforms mentioned on this website. We do not control their fees, policies, rankings, availability or commercial decisions.
External links, email applications, messaging services and booking providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Please review those terms when using them.
8. Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but information may change and occasional errors or interruptions may occur. Please confirm service details directly with us before relying on them for a business decision. We may update, suspend or withdraw website features as needed.
