Our registered address is VUNE0221, Compass building – Al Hulaila, Al Hulaila Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Information exchanged during a consultancy engagement may also be subject to the confidentiality and data-handling terms agreed for that engagement.
2. Information we handle
- Enquiry details: your name, restaurant or brand, email address, service preference, optional mobile number and any optional message you provide.
- Communications: information you choose to share when emailing us or using an available messaging or booking link.
- Technical information: hosting and security providers may process information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the website.
- Optional usage information: if analytics is enabled and you allow it, information about page use, device/browser characteristics and selected website actions.
Please do not send passwords, platform credentials or sensitive documents through the general enquiry form.
3. Why we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, discuss requested services, arrange conversations, maintain relevant business records, operate and protect the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. Optional analytics helps us understand how visitors use the website.
Where consent is required, we ask for it. Information may also be processed where otherwise permitted or required by applicable law, including in connection with a requested service or a legal obligation. Sending an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to promotional messages.
4. How enquiries are sent
The enquiry form currently prepares a draft on your device. It does not send the enquiry automatically. You can copy the draft or open your email application, review it and send it yourself. The website does not persist the draft in browser storage; your email application or clipboard may retain a copy if you choose to use them.
If you email us, your email provider and our email provider process that communication. Any enquiry we receive is handled by the team for the purposes described above.
6. Service providers and international processing
Information may be handled by providers supporting website hosting, security, email and, where enabled, form delivery, analytics or appointment booking. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to establish or protect legal rights. We do not sell enquiry information.
Providers may process information outside the UAE. Where applicable data-protection law requires safeguards for a transfer, those requirements must be followed. A provider’s privacy policy explains its processing and locations.
When you follow an external link, use WhatsApp or use a booking service, that service handles information under its own privacy terms. This policy does not replace those terms.
7. Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry or business relationship, maintain required records and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the information and purpose; service providers may have their own retention settings and legal requirements. You can contact us to ask about a particular record.
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. If documents or access details are needed for an engagement, we will agree an appropriate way to exchange them.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about the personal data we hold about you, ask for access or correction, request deletion, or ask us to restrict or stop certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it; this does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. You may also raise concerns with the relevant data-protection authority.

9. Children’s information
This website is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and address it.
10. Policy updates and contact
We may update this policy as website features, providers or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Where a change requires a new choice or consent, we will request it.
