As Co-Founder of Secret Sauce, I bring firsthand experience from two of the UAE’s leading food delivery platforms — Talabat and noon Food.

Having worked within the food delivery ecosystem, I understand what drives restaurant performance, where businesses lose opportunities, and how operational and commercial decisions impact orders, revenue and profitability.

Running a restaurant is challenging enough. Managing multiple delivery platforms, maintaining profitability and identifying growth opportunities shouldn’t make it harder.
